Echinacea is a flower part of the daisy family. Its shape is that of a cone and the petals are purple hues. It grows well in dry climates with sun exposure. One of the main benefits of echinachea is that of immune support during the cold season.
Bitter Melon is a subtropical vine that produces fruit which looks like a cucumber with bumps or warts. Due to its alkaline properties it has been known to reduce insulin levels and regulate blood sugar metabolism.
