Like many others, since covid, I've personally struggled with heart inflammation, headaches and upset stomach. During this journey, I've learned that the spike proteins can cross the blood brain barrier which can cause inflammation.
Few of the ways I've learned to remedy this when feeling down are:
1) Castor oil detox: In the morning use 3 tablespoons of castor oil in orange juice. Drink the glass down quickly as it may be hard to do for some. Drink warm teas throughout the day. The omega oils in castor oil have a natural way of pulling toxins out of the body and it's been used throughout ancient cultures for centuries. Additionally, it's also part of the aryvedic traditions. For it to work however one must be indoors near the bathroom. This remedy will go into effect within 24 hours.
2) Sungazing: During sunrises and sunsets, these practices opens the pineal gland which helps to aid the body for guidance and healing.
3) Tea blends: Warm drinks helps soothe the body, mind and spirit.

Worked with the survivors of the Maui wildfires towards disaster recovery. Currently an estimated total of 3,000 survivors are still in need of sheltering. With the American Red Cross, worked at one of its shelter sites which consisted of 500 people and 250 families along the Ka'anapali Region. There is still more work that needs to be done in terms of both temporary sheltering and sustainable housing solutions.
